I am, and possibly will always be, a proponent of lists.
Lists are useful in many situations, great and small. They’re also effective in reducing lapses in memory both short and long.
Need to buy more than three items at once? Make a list. Need to tackle a multi-stepped project? Break it into smaller steps in a list. Want to remember your enemies? Write down their names in a list.
Lists are not only helpful but sometimes mandatory. They’re also useful in the professional and technical worlds. Write content for a living? Try composing a listicle (they’re popular, apparently). Ready to update your CV or resume? Compile a list of career accomplishments. Need to determine how many times a certain value occurs within a specified list in Python? Use list.count(x).
